Services

All services must have an initial GFE (Good Faith Exam) by one of our providers to clear patient for treatment. This exam clears patient for all services that GWA provides, whether patient will receive one or more treatments. Exam is needed only once a year or if any significant changes in health occur such as a new pregnancy or a new health diagnosis. This medical clearance consists of a virtual consultation over the phone. Services are provided only in Texas at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
